  • Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Charges

• Domestic Orders:

  • Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can track the status of your delivery in real-time.

If you do not receive a tracking ID within the expected processing time, please contact our customer support team at support@velasaliving.com.

  • Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse.
• If re-shipping is required, additional delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and someone is available to receive the package.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages

We take utmost care to securely pack all our products. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged or lost shipment:

• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
