  • Order Cancellation

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
• You can request cancellation by emailing us at support@velasaliving.com with your Order Number and reason for cancellation.
• If your cancellation is approved and the order hasn’t been dispatched, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• You may still be eligible to return the item after delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Custom, Made-to-Order

Orders for the following cannot be cancelled under any circumstance:
• Customized items with names, colors, or sizes specified
• Made-to-order furniture or décor pieces
• Pre-order items with extended processing times
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

  • Cancellation by VELASA LIVING

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Errors in pricing or product description
• Payment issues or incomplete information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated, and you will be notified via email or phone.
