Return & Refund Policy

At VELASA LIVING, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home décor products. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
• The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.
• You received the wrong item.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with tags/labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale products
• Items that have been used, altered, or washed
• Digital downloads or services (if applicable)

  • How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

1. Email us at support@velasaliving.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:
o Order number
o Item(s) you wish to return
o Reason for return
o Supporting photos (in case of damage/defect)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  • Return Shipping

• Defective/Damaged/Wrong Product: We will arrange a free reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
• Other Reasons (e.g., changed mind): Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for self-shipped returns.

  • Inspection & Approval

• Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
• If approved, we will notify you of the refund/exchange processing.
• If the item fails inspection (used/damaged/not original condition), we may reject the return and ship it back at your cost.

  • Refunds

Refund Method
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

Refund Timeline
• After approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Bank/Payment gateway processing times may affect when you receive the credit.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank and then email us at support@velasaliving.com for further assistance.

  • Exchanges

We offer free exchanges only for:
• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect product/size delivered

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

  • Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the item must follow the return process.

To cancel an order, please contact us at support@velasaliving.com as soon as possible with your order number.

  • Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item is damaged in transit:
• Please take clear photos/videos of the package and product.
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We'll offer a free replacement or a full refund based on the severity of the damage.

  • Custom or Pre-Order Items

Returns/refunds are not applicable on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product details and size specifications carefully before purchasing.
